Aston Township Fire Dept. awarded $1 million Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program Grant
With great gratitude, the Aston Township Fire Dept. is proud to announce being awarded a $1 million-dollar Redevelopment Assistance Capital Grant.
This grant will be used to offset the construction costs of our new state of the art fire station which will be built on our property at 2900 W. Duttons Mill Road.
On Behalf of the members and officers of the ATFD, we would like to thank Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolfe, PA State Senator Tom Killion, PA State Rep. Leanne Krueger-Braneky, and the Aston Township Board of Commissioners for their continued support.
Our goal is simple, it’s to provide first class emergency services to the residents of Aston Township and surrounding communities for many years to come.
Our new station will allow us to explore new training opportunities as well as give us the resources necessary to do this well into the future.
We would especially like to thank the residents of Aston Township for the unwavering support day in and day out.
Teamwork and Leadership lead to great things!
