Less than 1 week left to get your donations in for our Fill The Truck event! All donations will be brought to The Preston & Steve Show’s camp out for hunger in the first week of November. Overnight Truck 17 w/5 covered @brookhavenfire52 along with @rockyrun46 and @mortonrutledgefireco13 while they operated on a first due house fire in the Boro. The primary and secondary ambulance were both out handling medical emergencies while the truck was out on the cover.

Congratulations Assistant Chief D Evans, Firefighters J Johnson, K Augustine and T Plant on completing the Advanced Line Systems Rescue (Tech Level) this past week. This 2nd group from Aston FD getting certified brings our team up to 17 Techs and 13 Ops members in the station. This certification is through PA Fish and Boat Commission Participating agencies; Aston Twp. The Squad , Truck and Primary Ambulance just cleared this 2 Alarm fire in Chester City. City of Chester Bureau of Fire arrived with a fire on the second floor and made a quick knock. Fire side stood by as RIT and the Ambulance transported one to a local hospital.

The department just cleared their second wreck since midnight. This wreck involved two cars along Concord Rd by Walgreens. There were two injures and both were transported to local hospitals by both our ambulances and Crozer EMS(100A / MICU 68).
