Today we mark the 30th Anniversary of the Line of Duty Death of FF Herbert Pinkowicz (Legacy Co. 72) on April 27, 1986. FF Pinkowicz was involved in a motor vehicle accident enroute to an emergency in front of Mount Hope Church on Concord Road.
This evening the Department along with the Pinkowicz family will travel to the Delaware County Fallen Fire & Ems Memorial at Rose Tree Park to remember FF Pinkowicz on this day. Our thoughts and prayers are always with them and all those affected by his passing.
