LIFE MEMBER HONORED BY EXELON

 Congratulations to Life Member and longtime firefighter Ken Robertson on being awarded the 2014 Energy for the Community Achievement Award from Exelon (PECO). Ken was honored for his many years of service to Green Ridge. Kenny has been a member for 20 years and was recently bestowed lifetime membership. Prior to moving to Aston and joining Green Ridge, he was a firefighter at the Holmes Fire Co.in Ridley.  Last week, Chief Evans, Past Chief Herre and FF K. Tiger attended a luncheon and awards ceremony to see Kenny receive the award. The three were also very pleased to accept a $10,000 donation to the company given by Exelon. 

Congratulations Kenny on your many years of faithful service to Green Ridge and PECO. We’re proud of your hard work and are honored to have you as a senior man and mentor.
